Green oasis between the masts and the sea
What began in 2013 with the first sketches at the investor's request has turned into a project we are exceptionally proud of today. With the great trust of our clients, visions became reality: we created a space where architecture and nature intertwine, transforming a functional marina into a lavish Mediterranean sanctuary.
The central part of the project consists of a raised pool and cascading gardens that have completely transformed the coastal skyline. This green oasis has become a recognizable symbol of quality, and for years, sailors have voted it the most beautiful marina on the Adriatic. Thanks to our continuous maintenance and constant enrichment, its beauty and freshness endure to this day.
Design adapted to the terrain
The landscape design concept emerged from the specific challenges of the location. Since the marina was built on former slipways, we designed isolated green islands and raised stone planters. This design is not only aesthetically striking but also provides the plants with a deep layer of fertile substrate necessary for healthy and lush growth in specific coastal conditions.
Harmony of scents and colors
The plant compositions were carefully selected to provide visual delight throughout the entire year. We used a combination of long-blooming perennials, aromatic herbs, and shrubby specimens of both indigenous and naturalized species. The result is an authentic Mediterranean garden that, through its scents and textures, creates a relaxing atmosphere perfect for a seaside stay.
